Suspicious bundle prompts evacuation of Topsham Walgreens

Police despatched the state bomb squad to a Walgreens in Topsham on Friday afternoon to research a bundle that was reportedly left at a FedEx drop field on the retailer.
Police say they obtained a name round midday on Friday saying somebody had dropped off a suspicious bundle on the FedEx drop field contained in the Walgreens on Mallett Drive.
Due to a number of bomb threats reported at different Walgreens areas in Maine on Thursday, workers on the Topsham retailer contacted police.
Police mentioned the Topsham Walgreens is at the moment closed and has been evacuated, and the Maine State Police Bomb Squad is on scene to research the bundle.
