Man killed in Kenduskeag Avenue motorbike crash

A Brewer man died Saturday night time in a motorbike crash on Kenduskeag Avenue.
Drew Baker, 24, was making a right-hand flip onto Kenduskeag Avenue from Harlow Avenue about 10:45 p.m. when he went throughout the oncoming lane, left the street and struck development scaffolding, in line with Sgt. Jason McAmbley, a spokesperson for the Bangor Police Division.
Baker, who wasn’t carrying a helmet, died on the scene, McAmbley mentioned Sunday morning.
Baker was apparently Facetiming on his cellphone on the time of the crash, in line with McAmbley.
An post-mortem will decide whether or not alcohol was an element within the crash, McAmbley mentioned.
