Franklin County man discovered secure

A Franklin County man reported lacking early Tuesday has been discovered secure.

Mahlon Presby was final seen on Tuesday at round 12:30 a.m., based on Shannon Moss, a spokesperson for the Maine Division of Public Security.

He has been positioned and is secure, Moss mentioned on Tuesday night.
