There’s an energetic shooter in Lewiston, in keeping with police.

Police are asking folks to shelter in place, lock their doorways and keep inside as of 8:15 p.m. Wednesday. Persons are requested to remain off the streets so police can diffuse the state of affairs, Maine Division of Public Security spokesperson Shannon Moss mentioned.
