Sean Dyment, 23, of Canton, Maine was shot by deputies from the Oxford County Sheriff’s Workplace as they talked with a resident outdoors the Rumford police station a couple of car that the individual stated had been following them, in accordance with an announcement posted on the Oxford County Sheriff’s Workplace Fb pages.
