61-year-old dies in early-morning Franklin crash

A Franklin man died in an early-morning crash on West Franklin Highway on Saturday.

John Emerson, 61, was found by a passerby in a 2010 Silver Chevy Aveo that had come to relaxation on its roof close to 45 West Franklin Highway at round 1:08 a.m. When state troopers arrived on the scene, Emerson had died, based on Shannon Moss, a spokesperson for the Maine Division of Public Security.
