32-year-old dies at Penobscot County Jail

A 32-year-old man died at Penobscot County Jail on Wednesday morning, in keeping with officers.

James Mylen of Winterport was discovered unresponsive within the lavatory space of a cell block at round 2:45 a.m., in keeping with county officers. Medical personnel administered first assist, however Mylen remained unresponsive and was pronounced lifeless.
