14-year-old dies in truck crash in St. Albans, 3 different teenagers injured

ST. ALBANS, Maine — The Somerset County Sheriff’s Workplace says a 14-year-old has died and three different teenagers have been injured in a pickup truck crash in St. Albans on Friday.
Deputies responded to the only automobile crash on Dudley Brook Highway at round 2:19 p.m.
Officers decided that two of the kids had been using within the cab, whereas two rode within the mattress of the truck.
The driving force of the truck misplaced management of the automobile, drove off the roadway, and struck a tree.
A fourteen 12 months outdated male from St. Albans, who was within the mattress of the truck, was transported by ambulance to a hospital in Pittsfield the place he was pronounced useless.
The driving force and the opposite two passengers of the truck have been transported by a non-public automobile to the hospital to be handled for non-life-threatening accidents.
